Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a change of mind return:

• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals and parts
• A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
• The return must be initiated within 14 days of purchase

Return Shipping

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit

Exclusions

• Custom-made or made-to-order lighting products
• Products that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery
• Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method, excluding any original shipping fees. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
